What steps do we need to follow, and how do we begin?

Step 01

Each employee takes the iEQ9 assessment, providing a comprehensive report on their enneagram type, motivations, and behaviour patterns. Please note that you cannot pause midway through the questionnaire, as there is no option to stop and continue at a later time.

Step 03

A comprehensive team workshop will be organized with a facilitator to explore each archetype in greater depth. This will be a full-day workshop dedicated to the team.

After completion, a 42-page report will be sent directly to your email from JustBe Studios. Please be sure to review your report carefully and jot down any questions or concerns you may have regarding its content.
